Street Smart also offer casual letting which is purely a tenant finding service.
A one-off fee of one weeks rent plus $150+gst admin and Street Smart will:
- Pay for and setup your advertising on Trade Me and Street Smart website
- Arrange appointments for meeting potential tenants
- Pay for professional credit checks
- Perform reference checks
- Collect the bond and move in costs from the tenant
- Arrange the new tenancy agreements to be completed
- Pay the bond and move in costs from the tenant
- Communicate with you throughout the whole process so you are fully up to date
- Ensure we are working in with the vacating tenants schedule aswell
- Refund you the $150 plus gst should you decide to get it managed by us
